look who's back

26 years of Grinchy fun!

Based on Dr. Seuss' classic book, How the Grinch Stole Christmas has become a true holiday classic, no more so than at San Diego's Old Globe Theater. Back for 2023, this family favorite festive musical is packed with laughs, heartwarming holiday spirit, and Dr. Seuss' renowned tongue-twisting whimsy.

The story follows the grumpy Grinch, a green-haired outcast who was teased as a child, and is determined to spoil Christmas for all the inhabitants of Whoville. Will the kindness of one tiny Who be enough to melt his icy heart?

How the Grinch Stole Christmas originally premiered on Broadway in 2006, under the supervision of Tony winner Jack O'Brien. This San Diego production is directed by James Vasquez,.
