AMAZING!
Mindblown by the cast that seems to mostly be Broadway-based actors/singers. The musical was far better than it was 5 years ago when I saw it last. The Grinch is incredible, as is all the cast, and o loved all tye funny bits and subtle audience engagement. Will definitely be back next year!!

BLOWN AWAY
The show was truly amazing. It made is laugh, cry and even sing out loud. The talent was world class and they left us with something to talk about and remember from every scene. This would be a great show to see with or without the whole family.

A TAD BIT BORING FOR ME...
Cute for kids for sure, but I definitely expected a bit more. Left feeling a bit underwhelmed. The Grinch was great but I felt the overall story was lacking something... I didn't love that there was so much focus on old Max, who I could barely hear and felt he just needed some more like OOMPH, ya know?? Unfortunately, it just didn't keep me engaged and some of the songs were a bit boring, making me feel restless. Keep in mind I am also 28 and probably not the target audience and had no idea when I bought the expensive tickets it was geared strictly towards kids. I also am not one to write reviews but I was a bit disappointed as someone who loves plays. Anyways, I think my expectations were just a wee bit too high. Still 3/5 though!

DISAPPOINTED
I took my granddaughter to see the Grinch for the first time.IWhile the talent was there ,I thought the casting left a lot to be desired..The Grinch was awesome,he did a great job.The who characters were a hodgepodge.Cindy lou who looked nothing like her family, and the dog well although young max was great ,looked nothing like the older Max.Cindy lou who's costume was poor.The others were dressed appropriately. Just not what I expected from an Old Globe production.
